The Wellbeing Manager implements the health & wellness programs of TP Philippines through preventive and responsive developmental services that effectively support the overall wellness lifestyle and engagement experience of employees across roles and work arrangements. He/she efficiently maintains TP's health & safety standards by managing educational interventions, accessibility audits, community sports & recreational activities, together with key internal & external stakeholders, all aligned to our organization's vision, mission, core values, norms, & policies.

Strategic Leadership & Execution
  1. Maps-out a comprehensive health & wellness program plan and strategies supportive of the organization's key actions, targets and measures of success.
  2. Defines all the complementing internal and external resources and tools needed by the entire human resources department to meet and/or exceed the organizational objectives and employee value propositions relevant to their overall wellbeing.
  3. Ensures the efficient service delivery of the following health & wellness programs & services while achieving our financial and operating goals and objectives:
    1. Clinic Operations – help in ensuring compliance to agreed SLAs/ KPIs.
    2. HMO Utilization & Contract Fulfillment – pioneer programs in support of agreed targets including defining health metrics.
    3. Safety & Health Audits including accessibility & reasonable accommodations.
    4. Educational campaigns: sports events & special interest clubs; first-aid trainings.
  4. Builds and maintains relationships with key internal and external stakeholders not limited to clinic & HMO vendors, national & local government partners, health & wellness experts to produce standards-aligned health & wellness solutions at par if not better than industry practices.
Growth-focused Business, Finance & Compliance
  1. Upholds and promotes our Teleperformance core values, norms, standard operating policies and procedures.
  2. Represents the organization as health & wellness subject matter expert and consultant at internal & external events & for the development of people programs that may benefit the organization's overall wellbeing.
  3. Oversees the creation and dissemination of health & safety advisories, community reports, educational campaign materials, and other preventive measures not limited to safety audits, accessibility studies and compliance.
  4. Measures & tracks all operational data points, targets, success rates, milestones, & trends that contribute to the overall organizational health & wellness.
  5. Produces periodic health & wellness reports with value-adding analyses and recommendations for positive change & improvements in our business operations not limited to clinic operations and HMO utilization.

  2. Maintains ethical practices that nurture a positive work environment conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating high potential employees at all levels.
  3. Oversees the supervision of Health & Wellness Team personnel, which includes work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, execution of recommended personnel actions to motivate & achieve their peak productivity and performance.
  4. Leads the department's Employee Engagement for our people's continuous professional growth and career succession.
  5. Conducts periodic touch-points with all other department heads to support the developmental needs of the team.
  6. Performs additional work as may be required from time to time within the terms and conditions aligned to the strategic directives and foresight of the business.
