About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Support Representative (English & Spanish-Speaking) to join their team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, assist clients, and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or completed at least 2 years in college (depending on account requirements)
  • 1-2 years of BPO experience (preferably in a customer service or sales role)
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Open to seasonal accounts
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide bilingual customer support (English & Spanish) via phone, email, and chat
  • Effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide a positive brand experience
  • Identify sales opportunities, develop account strategies, and negotiate creative solutions
  • Communicate the value of products/services, discuss pricing and credit terms, and prepare orders using web-based tools
  • Maintain adherence to department quality and performance standards
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
