About the role

An Out Of Home Advertising Company is in need of a Maintenance Supervisor.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for all the billboard structures
  • Managing a team of maintenance technicians and coordinating their daily work activities
  • Monitoring the condition of all billboard structures and identifying any issues or areas for improvement
  • Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance-related problems promptly
  • Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure maintenance aligns with broader business objectives
  • Ensuring all maintenance work is completed in compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards

What we're looking for

  • Civil or Electrical Engineering graduate or undergraduate with relevant job experience. Knows how to drive;
  • Strong working knowledge of maintenance management principles, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in using maintenance management software and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example
