Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
  • Lead and coordinate teams of contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals.
  • Ensure that all project activities align with the agreed schedule and standards.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Track expenses and prepare financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure projects comply with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the project.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, tenants, and senior management.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed project reports and presentations.
  • Guide and support project team members, fostering collaboration and productivity.
  • Provide training and mentoring as needed to enhance team performance.
  • Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications, Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in property services or real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, property maintenance, and relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices is a plus.
