Formwork Design

  1. Attend all formwork enquiries from the group companies
  2. Provide complete working drawings and work orders for fabrication and installation of all forming and shoring systems
  3. Review working drawings for dimensional conflicts, proper loading and cost effectiveness
  4. Insure all drawings show proper details to assist in fitting the formwork system to the project
  5. Maintain working knowledge of vendor systems to verify they meet safety requirements
  6. Review vendor drawings for correctness and compliance with requirements and practices
  7. Insure all drawings and work orders meet agreed upon production schedules
  8. Insure all drawings are correct and match architectural and structural documents and contact scope
  9. Work with contractor and structural engineer to clarify RFI requests
  10. Provides formwork design information for detailers.

Product Training

  1. Develop, design and deliver classroom training program on Formwork for procurement staff, Group companies sales executives and directors
  2. Identify, develop and implement improvements of training standards in close cooperation with the group sales and procurement department and interface with subject matter in manufacturing and construction.
  3. Support the creation and update of training materials, documentations and training modules.
  4. Support the continuous improvement process of training courses/subjects debriefing the feedback from training participants standardized feedback procedures.
  5. Create positive, constructive learning environment as technical product expert and applying up-to-date learning principles.
  6. Coordinate with the sale to identify field concerns that need to be addresses in training sessions.
  7. Follow up with the sales executive to close technical questions that arise during training classes.

Product Technical Documentation

  1. Preparation and recording of drawings for the group companies' requirement
  2. Perform the generation of technical documents, including operation manuals, test and review documents for revision and product development.
  3. Ensure that all documents produced reflect group sales and customer requirements.
  4. Develop and manage a system for sharing standards improvements.
  5. Generate and maintain standard templates for effective and efficient generation of documents.
  6. Assist and advise department on maintaining a corporate approach for documentation.
  7. Create and maintain document repositories and archives (electronic and paper).
  8. Assistance with gathering information - Data sheets, Certificates of Compliance, Operation Manuals etc.

Administrative Functions

  1. Prepare process manual for the all responsibilities
  2. Maintain an effective working relationship with all teams within the companies
  3. Contribute to the main goal of the department.
  4. Participate in other duties as and when required.
  5. Comply with all policies and procedures within the company.
  6. Carry out all duties with regard to and ensuring equal opportunity.
  7. Work with all employees within the company in achieving the goal.
