Operations Supervisor

About the Role
The role is accountable to supervise and improve overall operations and to ensure that all operational and safety procedures are strictly implemented inside the facility. The Operations Supervisor will be assigned in Manila.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensures efficient container yard operations.
- Monitors equipment availability and requested repairs completion.
- Ensures that truck requirements are fully coordinated with provider to efficiently serve client's repositioning requirement.
- Checks the accuracy of all pertinent documents necessary in the operations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Graduate of any Management, Computer or Engineering course
- With at least 1-to-2-year work experience in logistics or cargo operations
- With good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be willing to be assigned in shifts.
