Job Description

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies.
  • Manage media relations and maximize media opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key departments to create marketing and communication plans.
  • Prepare detailed media activity reports.
  • Produce engaging content for different platforms, including newsletters, websites, and social media.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align the corporate messaging.
  • Lead crisis management and response communications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Communications Lead should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in a communications role within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms.
  • Strong networking skills with the media.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
