About the Role:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions and enhance user experience. What You'll Do:

  1. Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
  2. Design and implement user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, NodeJS).
  3. Build and manage server-side logic, databases, and APIs using technologies like C#, Node.js, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, SQL Server.
  4. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  5. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  6. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate new techniques and tools into development processes.
  7. Ensure applications are secure and compliant with industry standards.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  1. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  2. Strong Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks such as React, Node.js).
  3. Solid understanding and experience with back-end technologies, including server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, C#, Python, Ruby) and frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Django).
  4. Solid understanding of databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  5. Experience with Git version control.
  6. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
  7. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Azure experience a plus.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively independently or with diverse teams.
  10. Track and manage tasks using Jira or similar project management tools to ensure timely delivery of work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience with Azure cloud services.
  3. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Terraform preferred).
  4. Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
  5. Knowledge of security best practices in software development.

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
  3. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  4. Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying current in the industry.
  5. Ability to quickly learn and understand the business concepts and processes.
  6. Experience and understanding of Commercial P&C Insurance is a plus.
