Responsibilities
- Post job advertisements in various job portals/media outlets
- Profile matching candidates to open positions using various sourcing techniques
- Generate applications from specific sourcing channels (print ads, target universities, events, internet, referral program, alumni employee referral, in-house search, proactive sourcing) based on the Recruitment targets, budget and marketing strategies
- Communicate any possible recruitment events to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor / Manager for consideration
- Engage proactively in different recruitment initiatives from participating during Job Fairs, doing flyer distribution and attending job caravans
- Maintain sourcing reports and weekly recruitment updates
- Function as first-level contact by reporting on the Company’s hiring requirements with the Company’s current partners (PESO Offices, Colleges/Universities)
- Confirm the availability of roles matched to profiles
- Respond to Live Chats social media accounts
- Assist by conducting entry-level interviews, phone screening, test administration and status updates
- Maintain the pool of inactive but qualified candidates for future job placement in OBP
- Assist in completing Character Reference Checks / Background Checks for endorsed applicants in a timely manner as requested
- Accomplish responsibilities, reports and updates based on the Responsibility Matrix
- Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with related tasks as delegated in urgent situations
Requirements
- Graduate of any College or Bachelor's Degree
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- MUST have background in BPO-Volume Hiring recruitment
- Preferably an outgoing person who loves to meet and talk to people
- Develop and implement innovative research and sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of potential candidates
- Conduct in-depth market research to gain thorough understanding of the marketplace for customs broker and/or data entry specialist and other candidates
- Manage relationship with potential candidates and be a brand ambassador
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and oversee projects simultaneously
- Keen attention to details and well-organized
- Well versed in volume recruitment and back end processes
- Willing to work in Ortigas and Cubao
- Willing to work in any shift
