Qualifications & Requirements
- Certified First Aider (Red Cross or equivalent recognized certification)
- At least 1–2 years of experience in construction or industrial sites
- Knowledge of handling trauma, falls, electrical injuries, and heat stress
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergencies
- Physically fit and capable of accessing high-rise work areas
Job Description
- Provide immediate first aid treatment to injured or ill personnel on-site
- Assess the severity of injuries and determine if further medical attention is required
- Coordinate with emergency services for serious incidents and arrange transportation if needed
- Maintain and regularly inspect first aid kits, ensuring supplies are complete and up to date
- Keep accurate records of all incidents, treatments, and medical cases
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and hazard identification related to site activities
- Support toolbox meetings and safety briefings, especially on health-related topics
- Monitor workers’ health conditions, particularly those working at heights
- Ensure compliance with site safety policies and local health regulations
- Participate in emergency drills and rescue operations (e.g., fall from height scenarios)
