The Research and Development Manager manages research and development activities to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on potential new and improved product opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Periodic review and recommends update of the department's organization in order to be more responsive to the need of the company.
  • Approves inputs during product ideation external and internal and identifies concerns and issues together with SBU Heads and Marketing Director.
  • Approves prepared and developed concepts / experimental design / improvement studies based on pre-determined target market and cost.
  • Oversees and provides guidance during commercial translation of approved recipe and processes for commissaries and stores.
