Education:

  • Bachelor's degree inCommunications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, English, or a related field.
  • Additional training or certifications inCorporate Communications, Crisis Management, Digital Marketing, or Media Relationsis a plus.

Work Experience:

  • 2-4 yearsof experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, or branding.
  • Prior experience inreal estate, property development, or advertising/marketing agenciesis highly preferred.
  • Experience instakeholder communications, investor relations, or executive communicationsis an advantage.
  • Proven experience inwriting press releases, managing internal communications, and handling social media engagement.

1. Communication & Content Development

  • Exceptionalwriting, editing, and storytellingskills for various audiences (employees, media, investors, customers).
  • Experience incontent creationfor press releases, newsletters, speeches, and corporate announcements.

2. Media Relations & Public Relations

  • Experience insecuring media placementsand maintaining relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
  • Ability todraft and distribute press releases, handle media inquiries, and coordinate interviews.
  • Familiarity withmedia monitoring and social listening toolsto track brand sentiment and reputation.

3. Branding & Corporate Messaging

  • Strong understanding ofbrand guidelines and visual identity compliance.
  • Ability tocoordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teamsto ensure brand consistency.
  • Experience managingLinkedIn and corporate social media accountswith a focus on stakeholder engagement.

4. Internal & Employee Communications

  • Experience inemployee engagement initiativessuch as internal newsletters, company-wide announcements, and online communities (e.g., Viber, Facebook Workplace).
  • Ability to develop and execute internal communication strategies thatdrive participation and engagement.
  • Strong understanding ofemployee experience and corporate culture-buildingthrough communication.

5. Crisis Communication & Reputation Management

  • Familiarity withcrisis communication protocolsand ability to assist in reputation management.
  • Experience indrafting crisis responses and escalation processes.
  • Ability tomonitor and analyze public perceptionto proactively manage risks.

6. Digital Communication & Tools Proficiency

  • Strong grasp ofsocial media analytics, engagement strategies, and audience insights.
  • Proficiency inMS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Familiarity withgraphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editingis a plus.
  • Experience withemail marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and internal communication platforms (Slack, Workplace by Meta, Viber Communities).
