Pepa Wings is a fast-growing food brand known for bold flavors, quality service, and an energetic customer Jord surgical experience. We are looking for a motivated and results-drivenBranch Manager to lead daily operations and drive branch success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations potty ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and morale
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stockcontrol
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall brand standards at the branch
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and operational procedures
- Basic computer skills tor reporting and scheduling
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
