The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Enterprise Automation team, the Support Associate is responsible for support and administration across Enterprise Automation's technology stacks. This role supports key project-driven initiatives, as well as daily operational tasks to maintain the integrity of our applications and infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

  • Support EA team's infrastructure by providing Operations monitoring and system support for our environments.
  • Work with our Operations team across the globe to provide support for event monitoring, incident triage, and issue resolution.
  • Provide support to all environments and ensure infrastructure stability.
  • Configure/manage and support solutions designed with MS Power tools, Appian, SQL, Talend, as well as Robotic Process automations based around the BluePrism platform.
  • Contribute to projects by implementing task deliverables and ensuring that targets are met.
  • Work closely with peers to improve workflow processes, communication, and documentation up to date.
  • Align risk and control processes into daily responsibilities.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support to peers, business units, and Management.
  • Develop and produce timely metrics based on the required management platforms.
  • Implement performance and statistical monitoring to develop procedures and standard processes which improve overall environment.
  • Actively strive to keep Standards documents, Process and Procedures Documents, and Baseline documents up to date with emerging industry standards.

Sound Like You?

  • Knowledge of ITIL practices (including but not limited to Release Management, Change Management, Incident tracking, and issue resolution) is necessary for this role.
  • Experience supporting high availability web-based platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power tools suite (Power BI, Automate, etc.) and service management platforms (ServiceNow) is expected.
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Talent Needed for Success:

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates good interactions with developers, managers, and team members to coordinate job tasks and strong dedication to work.
  • Possesses ability to work efficiently in both independent and teamwork environments.
  • Understands principles of Agile framework and knowledge of JIRA is a plus.
