Job Description:

  • Customer Assistance & Promotion: Actively promotes and assists customers with product inquiries and selections to drive sales.

  • Reporting: Prepares and submits accurate daily inventory and sales reports.

  • Product Security: Safeguards merchandise from loss, damage, or theft during store operations.

  • Stock Monitoring: Monitors and maintains proper stock levels on shelves, racks, and display cabinets.

  • Store Cleanliness: Cleans and maintains the selling area, display shelves, and racks when not attending to customers.

  • Delivery Handling: Assists in receiving new deliveries and updates stock records accordingly.

  • Merchandising: Replenishes items on display and regularly updates visual merchandising to maintain a fresh and appealing presentation. Ensures items are properly folded, hung, and arranged.

  • Cleaning Equipment: Ensures cleaning tools and materials are in good working condition and ready for daily use.

  • Shift Handover: Properly endorses pending tasks, reserved items, or customer belongings to colleagues before taking days off or leave.

  • Suggestive Selling: Engages in upselling and cross-selling techniques to improve customer experience and boost sales.

  • Team Support: Assists store heads with additional tasks and duties as assigned.
