Computer Professionals, Inc. (CPI) is looking for a Quality Management Associate to run our Internal Audit Program, own Document Control, and support our Quality Management System (QMS) projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and run internal audits across software development, software delivery, and managed services, as well as other departments (Accounting and Finance, HR, Admin and Training, Sales, and Business Development and Marketing)
- Prepare audit documentation and reports, and track corrective actions until closure
- Manage document control requests, version control, and the SharePoint repository
- Support ongoing and upcoming QMS programs, focus initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Internal Auditing, Quality Assurance/Management, Document Control, or Process Improvement; strong fresh graduates with relevant internship exposure may also be considered
- Core Requirement: Working knowledge of internal auditing frameworks in ISO 9001, ISO and 27001 in an IT Company
- Familiarity with document control practices, including version control
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and time-management skills
