Main Responsibilities:

1. Monitors batch processing of various Production and UAT applications under his/her shift and execute as needed.
2. Acts as first level support in finding resolutions to batch processing problems and coordinates with application programmers both local and foreign for the ultimate resolution.
3. Identify, develop and configure process automation opportunities.
4. Coordinates with various users especially on issues or problems arising from batch processing or job execution.
5. Responsible for the implementation of new programs based on approved procedures and run guides.
6. Reviews completeness of Production and UAT generated reports and files and report any irregularities to the Line Manager.
7. Understand and adhere to the security standards in accordance with the Bank's Information Security Policy.
8. Report and suggest correction for any perceived information security policy or procedure weakness to the proper authority for assessment and action.
9. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Line Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• willing to do shifting sched 24x7
• With Data Center Operations Experience
• Background in Job automation, RPA and EOD Batching
• Knowledge on the system development and life cycle
• Project delivery using leading RPA Software, UIPath development experience preferred.
