Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee daily retail operations across multiple store locations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Manage relationships with department store partners such as SM, Robinsons, Landmark, Rustan's, Ayala Malls, and others.
  • Monitor sales trends, analyze performance metrics, and develop action plans to address underperforming areas.
  • Supervise and mentor store staff; provide regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure proper stock levels, inventory accuracy, and merchandising standards in line with brand and partner guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and in-store events.
  • Negotiate for optimal store placements and improve overall brand visibility within department stores.
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints.
  • Submit regular reports and presentations to senior management, including sales forecasts and performance analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the retail industry.
  • Strong background in handling multiple store locations within a department store setting.
  • Proven ability to work with major department store partners in the Philippines.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Advanced understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and retail POS systems.
  • Experience using data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel between store locations and work on-site as required.
