The Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role within the sales team, contributing to the management and support of all sales operations within the branch. Your efforts will help drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure the smooth execution of daily sales activities, ultimately supporting the branch's overall performance and success.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally and promptly with customers and suppliers via phone, email, or other communication tools.
- Acquire and maintain a strong technical understanding of the company's products.
- Responsible for handling back-end activities such as order processing, quotation generation, delivery follow-up, inquiring with suppliers, inventory management, and order management.
- Visit key customers to maintain and strengthen business relationships.
- Achieve financial targets, including sales profitability and collection goals, with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Branch Director.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Windows, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Able to speak in English and Tagalog.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
