Responsibilities:
  1. Designs and develops intermediate learning solutions, including web-based learning, instructor-led, blended instruction, and virtual sessions, within the technological environment of the client.
  2. Liaises with client's subject matter experts to obtain the learning objectives and other source content and organizes it into a logical, instructional flow appropriate for the culture and level of expertise of the learners/end users.
  3. Responds to client design needs including escalations and risk inquiries related to the design and subject matter expert issues.
  4. Revises or redevelops learning solutions in response to feedback from the client.
  5. Delivers projects on time and within budget.
