Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. Your primary focus will be developing and executing marketing strategies for our founders, owners, and C-level executives using social media. You will help build trust, nurture relationships, and foster engagement within this community. Additionally, you will assist our HR department with employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team (SEO, Content, SMM) to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience insights.
  2. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored for founders, business owners, and entrepreneurs. Identify key platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook Groups and plan content calendars to ensure consistency and engaging messaging.
  3. Performance Metrics and Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Analyze data insights to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Content Creation: Develop compelling and relevant content for our target audience. Create employer branding campaigns to promote our unique culture, values, employee benefits, and career development opportunities.
  5. Community Engagement: Actively engage with founders, business owners, and entrepreneurs across social media platforms. Initiate and participate in discussions, answer questions, and provide valuable insights and resources. Foster a sense of community and connection among our audience.
  6. Relationship Building: Identify thought leaders, potential partners, and influencers within the founder and owner community. Build and nurture relationships with these individuals to amplify our brand reach and credibility. Collaborate on co-branded content, events, and promotional initiatives.
  7. Social Media Advertising: Develop and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach founders and business owners. Utilize audience segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization techniques to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  8. Stay Updated on Trends: Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and changes in social media algorithms. Proactively seek out opportunities to leverage new features and functionalities to enhance our social media presence and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • NFT/Cryptocurrency experience is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, community engagement, and relationship building.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and driving engagement and growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and foster meaningful conversations.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
