Meet your team:

The Traveler Interaction Center is our knowledge centre for Travel & Expense related topics, providing support to SAP's employees, designing and delivering trainings, driving policy enhancements, and working with T&E tools and documents.

What you'll do:

1. Handle Travel & Expense inquiries from SAP employees.
2. Proactively interact with travelers to solve possible issues related to T&E travel planning and reimbursement.
3. Act as a single point of contact regarding T&E topics for T&E Audit team and internal customers – SAP employees.
4. Drive change and improve the process.
5. Monitor internal quality and ensure the completeness of T&E reporting.
6. Cooperate with GFSS T&E Audit team to follow the standard in T&E procedures.
7. Educate SAP travelers about T&E tools, policies, and procedures (organize and hold T&E info sessions).

What you bring:

1. Advanced English (minimum upper-intermediate); Spanish is an advantage.
2. Customer support experience is an advantage.
3. Understanding of a shared service centre concept.
4. Knowledge of MS Office.
5. Knowledge of SAP FI module is an advantage.
6. Knowledge and experience in the Travel and Expense process is an advantage.
7. Finance/Business Administration/Accounting degree is preferred.
