Position: Sales Manager for Commercial Air Conditioning
Company Industry: Electronics Company
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Salary: Php 200,000 - 250,000 gross
Location: Pasig City
Work set up: Onsite
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field
- Proven 10 years’ experience in HVAC or related industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in Commercial Air Conditioning systems and solutions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to drive sales strategies, achieve targets, and manage key accounts
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for CAC products (CAC, VRF, Chillers)
- Manage and support the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and sales presentations for management review
