Job Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and manage end-to-end implementation of cable transport and FTTBTS projects in Mindanao.
  2. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for OSP construction and network deployment.
  3. Collaborate and develop construction plans, permit applications, and network designs with engineers, contractors, third-party vendors, and stakeholders.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  5. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with telecom industry standards.
  6. Identify and resolve project risks, roadblocks, and technical issues.
  7. Provide regular status reports and updates to management.
  8. Oversee the engineering, permitting, and construction phases of OSP infrastructure, including fiber optic and copper network installation.
  9. Create operational expense budget.
  10. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Bill of Materials (BOM), and Site Progress Reports.

Note: Employee will be reporting in Makati Office.
