JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Solutions Analyst to join our team. This role will support the global sales and solutions team by analysing and evaluating client data such as portfolio data, asset and work order data provided to CBRE during an RFP process. This role requires some experience working with this type of data in the past, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams. This would suit someone with operational or CMMS experience who has a basic understanding of different asset types. It would be beneficial if the analyst has a good working knowledge of the facilities management industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and analysis of client data and setting up of CBRE Solutioning tools.
  • Understand structure and organisation of the asset list including the client asset categories and map from client list to CBRE format and asset classifications.
  • Building of technical solution through labour loading of asset data and determining the correct PPM hours through application of maintenance standards (SFG20, CBRE Global Optimised Job Plans, Statutory Compliance etc.)
  • Use data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns and anomalies in facilities management processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Where required, attend meetings with internal stakeholders to outline proposed technical services solution including labour load results and technical organisation.
  • Develop strong working relationships with SMEs, Solutions Architects, and the Global Technical Excellence Group.
  • Drive business process improvements regarding technical solutioning.
  • Maintain professionalism in communication with all employees and ensure confidentiality of information is upheld.
  • Work across all CBRE Enterprise Accounts Solutions teams.

Additional duties will be assigned as required.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in Facilities Management or similar industry.
  • Proficient analytical skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A passion for delivering tangible and measurable results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple work programs effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively across boundaries and cultures.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience – Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.

EDUCATION:

  • Must be of college and/or university level. Minimum of 3-4 years of related experience and/or training.
