Position: Finance Supervisor

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 50,000 (negotiable depending on years of working experience)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- 1 to 2 years related experience in supervisory or managerial in the same field.
- Amenable to attend Interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
- Willing to work in Pangasinan
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads and manages the overall operations of the Finance Department.
- Supervises and ensures the accurate completion of complex accounting processes, including disbursements, balancing, reconciliations, and resolving financial discrepancies.
- Manages the implementation of the approved Operating Plan and Budget (OPB) through Program Review and Analysis (PRA), including budget adjustments and related financial matters.
- Directs the creation of financial reports, forecasts, and annual budget plans.
- Enforces financial policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure effective execution of finance-related activities.
