About this role…

  1. Collaborate with the wider CRM & Automation and Talent teams to understand requirements and develop automated workflows and targeted campaigns that identify and engage potential candidates, encouraging them to apply for vacant roles at TOA.
  2. Maintain clean and actionable data while using analytics to identify trends and opportunities. Regular campaign and monthly reporting.
  3. Continuously optimize the CRM platform to improve efficiency, enhance user adoption, and support business goals.

About you…

Essential

  • 1+ years in a CRM specialist role
  • Working knowledge of CRM automation platforms, HubSpot a bonus.
  • Experience in managing customer data, data hygiene practices, and segmentation strategies
  • Experience using automation tools for email campaigns and workflows
  • Basic understanding of data management tools or spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Ability to analyze CRM data, create reports, and derive actionable insights
  • Awareness of mapping and optimizing customer touchpoints across various channels
  • Able to deliver work with minimal errors
  • Results oriented
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Cebu/Clark/Mandaluyong

Preferred

  • Good understanding of how omni-channel marketing and how direct marketing complements other channels, particularly paid and organic social.
  • Good presentation skills
  • Proficiency with MS Suite
