Administration Assistant

Key areas of Responsibility:
The incumbentCompliance Administration Assistant – Comsec Unitwill report to the Manager, Company Secretarial relating to:
- Corporate Governance
- Maintenance of statutory records
- Ensuring compliance to relevant laws and regulations
- Facilitating board meetings and ensuring proper procedures are followed
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Management of client portfolio consistent with regulated compliance
- Filing / scanning / Email preparation / data entry
- Liaising with external and Government agencies
- Collaborate with the internal teams to implement compliance policies, procedures and controls across the organisation
- Adherence to established procedures, protocols and internal control that align with company objectives
- Participate in scheduled training and compliance awareness consistent with regulatory bodies
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years' experience in a strong administrative role – preferably in a Law or Accounting firm
- Proficient computer literacy, particularly MS Office365 Suite
- Excellent English communication skills – Written & Verbal
- Exceptional customer service and client relationship skills
- Able to multi-task, be self-motivated, pro-active and willing to embrace a multicultural work environment
- Reporting research results
- Good analytical skills and high ethical standards
