Your key responsibilities will include the creation of reports, providing data-driven insights, process optimization, and managing various business initiatives.

How you'll contribute

  • Creation and maintenance of dashboard/MIS reports used by Retail Credit Operations Division.
  • Keep track of business targets and productivity of the core operation teams.
  • Collaborate with different teams within the division to identify and support their analytical needs.
  • Identify process gaps and potential improvements in the current process that will bring positive value to the business.
  • End-to-end management of strategic projects initiated by the department and perform post-monitoring to ensure the projected business impact is met.

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience in data analytics and capability of generating data-driven insights.
  • Knowledge of different programming languages and ETL tools such as SQL/AWS/SAS/Python/R.
  • Expertise in optimizing processes that generate positive value to the business.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with different key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and exposure to lending and/or banking business or credit operations processes.
