IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Specialist (RPO) to partner with Hiring Managers and deliver client satisfaction through IBM’s RPO services. You will define, develop, plan and implement recruiting strategies, manage ATS updates, and build a qualified candidate pool.
Based in the Philippines, this onsite role requires 4–6 years of recruitment experience, US Healthcare hiring exposure, and strong relationship skills to support multiple client engagements and meet production goals.
