- Provide exceptional customer service to MOA Site clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer accounts and ensure accurate documentation of interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to assist customers efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Working Conditions: Call center environment, ability to handle high call volume
