Guidepatients through the intake process with clarity, empathy, andprofessionalism
Coordinatewith internal teams to ensure seamless patient transitions andfollow-throughs
Accuratelydocument all interactions and maintain compliance with healthcarestandards
Resolveconcerns promptly while maintaining a high standard of patient care

WHOYOUARE

3+ yearsof experience in a healthcare, medical, or call center environment(Required)
Knowledgeablein medical terminology, insurance verification, or prior authorization isa strong plus
Acompassionate communicator — you make people feel safe andwell-taken-care-of
Detail-orientedand accurate, especially when it comes to sensitive patient information
Comfortablenavigating multiple systems and managing high call volumes
HIPAA-awareand committed to confidentiality and compliance
Flexiblewith shifting schedules and reliable in a fully remote setup
