• Lead or motivate Azure Cloud Services solution implementations of varying complexity within the country and region.
• Provide mentorship to customers, drive solution architecture, and ensure alignment with business strategies.
• Develop and implement solution roadmaps, selecting suitable infrastructure and technology platforms.
• Engage with customers focusing on consistent delivery quality and supporting their business needs.
• Develop project plans and work breakdown structures aligned with customer expectations and contractual obligations.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and provide accurate, risk-aware estimates and planning input.
• Drive new workloads and assist customers in implementing these workloads.

• 3–5 years of customer-facing experience in customer service, account management, or customer success roles.
• At least 1 year of experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or Alibaba.
• Good knowledge or prior experience with Microsoft products.
• Microsoft certification or cloud certification is a plus.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is required.
