About the role
Concentrix Philippines is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our Bridgetowne Airline Account team as a full-time representative. You will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to airline customers, playing a vital role in maintaining and strengthening business relationships.
What you'll be doing
Provide outstanding customer service to airline account stakeholders through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat support
Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
Process and manage airline-specific transactions, bookings and administrative requests in accordance with established procedures and standards
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within company systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and elevate matters when necessary
Contribute to achieving departmental performance targets and key performance indicators
Stay updated on airline products, services and industry developments to provide knowledgeable support
Follow company policies, procedures and compliance requirements at all times
What we're looking for
High school diploma or equivalent qualification; college education is preferred
Proven customer service experience, ideally within the travel, aviation or hospitality sectors
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with clarity and professionalism
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in using computer systems, databases and office applications
Ability to multitask effectively and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented approach with strong attention to accuracy
Team player mentality with willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Flexibility to adapt to changing work requirements and procedures
Previous experience with airline systems or aviation knowledge is advantageous
