Broker Support Officer – AU Mortgage/SMSF

As a Mortgage Consultant, you will be at the heart of our origination activity, playing a crucial role in ensuring that loan applications are accurately packaged and contain all the necessary documentation. You will be the vital link between introducing parties and our internal teams, driving stakeholder satisfaction and contributing to the ongoing success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Enquiry Application & Settlement Support:

  • Conduct employment verifications and PEP searches for home loan applications.
  • Request and chase up valuation reports and quotes.
  • Manage document tagging, updates to introducers, and collection of upfront fees.
  • Liaise with credit teams, valuers, and settlement teams to ensure smooth processing.
  • Provide exceptional Loanapp support to fast-track applications and keep files moving.

Credit Compliance:

  • Complete Credit Notes and conduct credit overviews for assigned files.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.
  • Mitigate risks by adhering to regulatory policies and operational standards.
  • Report any fraudulent documents or unethical behavior.
