Job Title: Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (US)

Work Setup & Schedule:

  • Hybrid (6AM to 3PM)

What you'll be doing:

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow for startups across various industries.
  • Support scenario analysis and stress testing to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Collaborate with clients to track financial performance against projections and recommend adjustments.
  • Analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to improve profitability, cash management, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to provide financial insights for key business decisions, including fundraising, pricing strategies, and cost management.
  • Support CFO-level presentations by creating clear, visually compelling dashboards and reports.
  • Work with financial systems and tools, including Excel, QuickBooks, NetSuite, and other FP&A software, to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.

What will make you a great fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, consulting, or accounting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and their interdependencies.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and FP&A tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
