Job DescriptionDescription

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Operator to support our real estate and facilities management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining property layouts, space planning, and building infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of property design and facility layouts, along with expertise in CAD software to produce accurate and efficient drawings. Open to graduate candidates with a year of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural & Facilities Drafting
  1. Develop and modify floor plans, site layouts, and infrastructure blueprints for real estate properties and facility management projects.
  2. Ensure compliance with company standards in all drawings.
  3. Work autonomously and independently with the support of the project account managers.
  4. Review and revise layouts based on tenant requirements, remodeling projects, or facility changes.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital files of all property and facility drawings for reference.
  6. Utilize PlanStudio and AutoCAD to create detailed facilities layouts.
  7. Convert hand sketches, blueprints, and technical specifications into precise digital models.
  8. Ensure layering, annotations, and documentation are properly structured for ease of reference.
Quality Control & Compliance
  1. Ensure drawings align with fire safety, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing standards in facility planning.
  2. Work with project account managers to integrate CAD drawings into asset management and maintenance systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year as a CAD Operator, Draftsman, or similar role in real estate, property management, or facilities planning.
  3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
  4. Knowledge of building layouts, property zoning, and infrastructure planning.
  5. Ability to create accurate, well-annotated, and properly dimensioned drawings.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills to optimize space utilization and facility planning.
  7. Ability to collaborate with real estate developers, facility managers, and construction teams.
