Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Senior E-commerce Officer to join our team. This role involves managing our e-commerce operations across multiple platforms including Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing sales, improving customer service, and managing market expansions. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact our business by optimizing our online presence and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of our e-commerce channels on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok, ensuring product listings are optimized for search and conversion.

Sales and Promotion Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, including promotional campaigns, flash sales, and participation in platform-specific marketing initiatives.

Customer Experience Management: Manage customer service across all platforms, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Market Expansion: Identify and execute on opportunities for market expansion, including local and international markets through platforms' cross-border trade solutions.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on e-commerce metrics, using data to drive decisions and improve performance continuously.

Content and Affiliate Management: Create feed content and collaborate with content creators and manage affiliate marketing programs to enhance product visibility and increase sales.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce analytics.

Intermediate skills in content creation, with a specific ability to use Canva to create engaging graphics and textual content for marketing.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
