FIELD SALES ASSOCIATE (ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE)
Position Overview: The Field Sales Associate (Account Executive) is responsible for generating leads through fieldwork, actively engaging with potential clients, and ensuring monthly loan release targets are met. This role requires extensive market penetration efforts, client relationship management, and strategic sales execution. The Field Sales Associate (Account Executive) will report on account statuses monthly and contribute to the overall sales growth of the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct follow-throughs with potential and existing clients to address concerns and inquiries.
- Provide guidance to clients regarding loan eligibility, terms, and requirements.
- Lead Generation and Sales Execution
- Proactively identify and pursue new clients through field sales activities.
- Conduct market research to locate potential borrowers and establish connections.
- Meet the monthly loan release target of Php 5,000,000.00.
- Negotiate loan terms and ensure proper documentation submission.
- Close sales deals and facilitate loan applications with efficiency.
- Product Presentation and Education
- Explain loan products, terms, and conditions to prospective clients.
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable financing solutions based on their needs.
- Stay informed about the Company's product offerings, policies, and procedures.
- Fieldwork and Market Expansion
- Conduct daily field visits to target businesses and communities.
- Identify untapped markets and recommend strategic approaches for penetration.
- Attend networking events, expos, and industry-related gatherings to expand the client base.
- Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on loan applications, releases, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with internal sales policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide feedback to the VP for Business Development regarding market trends and client demands.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with the VP for Business Development to strategize on sales initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Loan Management and Accounting Department to ensure timely approval and release of funds.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales and lead generation efforts.
- Personal Development
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and client service skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide better client support.
- Other Sales-related Tasks
- Perform other sales-related tasks or responsibilities as directed by the VP for Business Development.
- Support special projects, campaigns, or initiatives as required to achieve business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or in lending, banking, or financial services industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and track record of meeting KPIs.
- Keen attention to detail.
Key Competencies:
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of lending processes and familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial documents.
- Communication Skills: Ability to present loan options and explain terms and conditions clearly to clients.
- Client Service: Excellent client service skills with the ability to build relationships and maintain client trust.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Results Orientation: High level of drive and determination to achieve or exceed sales targets and resilience in overcoming obstacles and handling setbacks.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Maintaining composure and effectiveness under pressure or in challenging situations.
- Technological Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales management software.
