Major Duties:

  1. Conducts initial review and analysis of all Ethics requests assigned to Global Compliance Ethics Team
  2. Administers all Ethics Requests assigned to Global Compliance Ethics Team
  3. Routes requests to the appropriate Ethics Designees
  4. Escalates ethics requests to onshore process manager when necessary
  5. Follows up to ensure request approvals are given in a timely manner
  6. Answers all inquiries related to ethics requests and disclosures
  7. Provides guidance in navigating ethics platform and gives assistance in resolving simple system issues
  8. Communicates or reports complex system issues to vendor support team
  9. Analyzes ethics request trends through system reporting capabilities
  10. Assists other compliance teams generate periodic reports through ethics platform
  11. Supports Compliance Departments projects
  12. Assists with process development
  13. Gathers and analyzes data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent
  14. Impacts own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related; suggests improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team
Knowledge:
  1. Requires organizational skills to coordinate with several stakeholders
  2. Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  5. Requires advanced or specialized skills and expertise in a range of processes, procedures, and systems
  6. Understands how related teams coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve objectives
  7. Exchanges ideas and information effectively with others outside of own team and evaluates and communicates unusual and/or complex content in a clear manner
Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. 2 - 3+ years of professional work experience in the Financial Industry with Corporate Ethics experience in a financial institution is highly preferred
  3. As a specialist or lead for the team, may allocate work and provide subject matter guidance to team members with less experience
