JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Project Initialization

  • Reviews site requirements and coordinates with admin/LGU.

  • Reviews completed designs and drawings that should follow LGU/admin requirements and as well as per trade standards.

  • Prepares Project Cost Estimates and Project Timeline and schedule.

  • Coordinates with contractors, LGU and admin for the project details.

2. Cost Management

  • Upholds strict observance to the financial guidelines.

  • Reviews actual project expenses in comparison versus planned/budget costs.

  • Regularly monitors manpower onsite and efficiency.

3. Quality and Safety Management

  • Monitors and guarantees that all quality and safety standards are observed and followed at the project sites.

  • Reports non-compliance.

4. Project Implementation

  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope.

  • Executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

  • Supervises contractors, workers, installers in the construction site.

  • Inspects finished construction project.

  • Ensures successful completion of engineering projects.

5. Quantity Surveying

  • Provides detailed material quantity and costing for project budget and cost management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Course. With PRC license.

  • With 2 to 3 years experience from food and beverage construction.

  • Strong technical skills in relevant engineering disciplines, and proficiency in project management processes.

  • Should also have strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple disciplines.

  • Knowledgeable in interpreting engineering plans and drawings.

  • Willing to work near Merville, Paranaque.
