Job Description

  1. Ensure that all materials and products are properly inspected at a prescribed stage of production;
  2. Prepare necessary records and reports for inspections;
  3. Help in the implementation of planned development in Q.A Section;
  4. Verify submitted non-conformities;
  5. Inform head of any non-conformity in the materials and products;
  6. Participate in Quality activities and programs;
  7. Initial member to give disposition on items requested for verification of product quality and ensure it is being reported to immediate superiors;
  8. Support in the investigation on customer claims in coordination with QA and Production members;
  9. Responsible to stop the process whenever there is a quality problem and other criteria that might fall to non-conformance in customer requirements and ensures that the affected batch must be contained and shipment to the customer prevented;
  10. Ensures that all materials used in the Prod Area have been inspected, conforms with specification requirements and approved for Prod use;
  11. Responsible for Production quality out-turn products;
  12. Supervises the Quality Inspectors' performance both Incoming and In-Process with regards to inspection activities;
  13. Sees to it that approved samples are properly updated;
  14. Formulates Quality Control System.

Job Qualifications

  • College Graduate;
  • With good communication skills both in written and oral;
  • Must have at least 1-2 years experience in related field;
  • Good arithmetic skills are required;
  • With good eyesight;
  • Computer Literate;
  • Willing to render over time;
  • Must have good moral character;
  • With ISO background.
