Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in planning and managing large-scale infrastructure projects, sewer systems, fit outs, civil works, and road construction.
  • Proficiency in planning software tools such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling and project management software.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods and processes in water pipelaying, deep well construction, sewer systems, civil works, and road construction.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles
  • Ability to analyze project data, identify potential problems, and devise practical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining project quality, budget, and timelines.

Key responsibilities may include:

  1. Prepares Project Methodology, Detailed Work Schedule, Procurement Plan, Resources Loading, and Establishing Cash Flow needed for the project.
  2. Plans and develops three-week and three-month realistic look-ahead schedule.
  3. Re-planning and establishing of Impacted schedule.
  4. Proactively identify potential schedule risks (e.g., weather conditions, supplier delays) and develop contingency plans.
  5. Develops and implements acceptable planning and scheduling techniques and methods.
  6. Leads the development and analysis of project schedules, time impact and delay analysis and review of periodic schedule updates and claims.
  7. Monitors and updates accurate schedule progress reports. Maintains records of scope changes, trends, and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.
  8. Assists in monitoring actual manpower, critical materials and major equipment requirement of the project.
  9. Prepares Project Monthly Progress Report including observations and comments, photographs, resource loading and issues concerning the project.
  10. Communicate schedule updates and concerns to project managers, team members, and clients.
