About the role

RCG Global Services' (now MYRIDIUS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the analysis of complex business requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across our diverse range of projects and initiatives. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work in a contract capacity, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive organizational success.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technical implementation
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather, document and validate requirements
  • Develop process flows, data models, and other artefacts to support the design and development of solutions
  • Assist in the preparation of test cases, test scenarios and test scripts.
  • Coordinate with testing team and assist users with User Acceptance Testing.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective implementation and user adoption of new systems and processes
  • Provide expert-level guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts
  • Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions, recommending refinements as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects
  • Proven expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, data modelling, and user story development
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field, such as Business, Information Technology, or Engineering
  • Must be open for Term Engagement (1 year) subject for annual renewal or direct absorption by the client
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid set-up
  • Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong or Makati
