- Supervise day-to-day production operations to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Lead and motivate the production team to meet targets and maintain quality standards.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures in the workplace.
- Monitor production metrics and report on performance improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth production process.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Production Management)
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of production processes and quality assurance
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
