Overview

The Security Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing security strategies across the company's real estate properties, logistics hubs, warehouses, destination estates, and construction projects. This role ensures the safety of people, property, and assets by managing security personnel, systems, and protocols. The Security Manager will work closely with project managers, site engineers, property management, and external stakeholders to ensure a secure environment in both operational and development areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Security Management
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies and procedures for estates, warehouses, logistics operations, and construction sites.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
    • Construction Site Security
    • Manage and monitor security operations within construction projects, including controlling access to job sites.
    • Implement protocols to prevent theft, pilferage, vandalism, and unauthorized entry of personnel and vehicles.
    • Coordinate with construction management teams to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
      • Operational Security Oversight
      • Supervise and schedule security personnel and contractors across estates, warehouses, logistics hubs, and construction sites.
      • Oversee security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control, fire and safety equipment) for both operational facilities and construction projects.
      • Lead incident response, investigations, and emergency management activities.
        • Stakeholder Coordination
        • Partner with property management, warehouse/logistics teams, estate operations, and construction managers to align security needs with business operations.
        • Coordinate with LGUs, barangays, law enforcement agencies, and contractors for joint security efforts.
          • Training & Development
          • Provide training, drills, and awareness programs for employees, residents, contractors, and site workers on security and safety practices.
            • Reporting & Compliance
            • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to property, warehouse, estate, and construction site security.
            • Prepare and present regular security reports, incident analyses, and recommendations to senior management.
            Qualifications
            • Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management, Public Safety, or a related field.
            • At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in corporate security management, with exposure to real estate, logistics/warehousing, and construction management.
            • Background in law enforcement, military, or corporate security is an advantage.
            • Strong knowledge of security systems, site safety, access control, and crisis management.
            • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
            • Ability to handle emergencies and manage large teams across multiple sites.
            • Familiarity with occupational health & safety (OHS) and government security regulations.
