Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our team onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig. This role requires proficiency in MS Office 365 and QuickBooks, along with a strong background in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in handling accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes and be adept at maintaining financial accuracy across multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounting operations for multiple companies, utilizing QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Prepare and analyze interim financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring prompt collections and fostering positive customer relationships.
  • Manage accounts payable operations, maintaining effective communication with suppliers and ensuring timely payments.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain company accounting policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with and provide financial insights to other departments to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and QuickBooks (preferably QBO).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with expertise in AR and AP.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Must be willing to report onsite - Ortigas Center Pasig.
