Overview

Are you passionate about sustainability, corporate responsibility, and driving meaningful change? Join our team as an ESG Supervisor and lead the charge in shaping our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy.

  • Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with global standards and company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with ESG regulations and reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, CSRD).
  • Oversee environmental initiatives including carbon reduction, waste management, and biodiversity.
  • Support DEI programs, employee well-being, and community engagement.
  • Promote ethical governance and integrate ESG risks into enterprise risk management.
  • Lead ESG teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Business, or related field (master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in ESG or sustainability roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
