Position Summary:
The Payroll Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all service activities within the EVV Time Management System are ready for claim creation and payroll crediting. This position will also work closely with the billing department to ensure service activities are tagged in the proper status. Additionally, this role will provide phone support to field staff nurses who may be having issues with their daily time in/out.
Your Role:
Managing and reviewing service activities (time in/out entries) in the EVV Time Management System, which includes correcting errors and/or making adjustments if needed.
Providing support to field staff members who call in to report issues with their time in/out.
Escalating unresolved errors to office staff and external parties when required.
Generating daily reports of service activities to ensure accuracy with EMR (Kantime) System.
Manually creating, changing, and approving schedules in the EMR System to ensure that time matches service activity in EVV System.
Meeting deadlines for bi-weekly payroll and making sure that EVV corrections are made in a timely manner to ensure on-time review and payment.
Provide support and resolution to tickets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other related fields.
At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll and timekeeping processing.
Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal).
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel.
Preferably with familiarity in using payroll systems and EMR systems.
Ability to understand complex shift scheduling for in-home nursing care facility.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organization and planning skills, collaboration and partnering skills.
Amenable to work on Night Shift.
Amenable to work from home.
