QA, Process and Reports Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA, Process and Reports Specialist to maintain quality standards and identify improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality management, process enhancement, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) are advantageous.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Experience in quality management, process enhancement, or a related field, with familiarity in data analysis and reporting tools preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge in reporting, project management, performance management, and process improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present professionally in both internal and external meetings.
Areas of Responsibility:
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and implement quality standards and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and work collaboratively with teams to apply corrective actions.
Process Improvement:
- Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
- Propose and develop process improvements and best practices to increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process modifications.
- Monitor and assess the impact of process improvements on overall business performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on quality metrics, process performance, and project results.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with team and organizational objectives.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain all quality and process documentation to ensure it remains current and compliant with organizational requirements.
- Keep thorough records of quality assurance activities, process modifications, and report findings.
- Assist with compliance audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence.
